This trip went by so fast and before I knew it we were flying home. Our flight wasn’t until 13.30p.m so we didn’t have to leave until around 11. I got up early, packed, had some breakfast, and strolled around to soak up as much of Paris as I could before we had to leave.

Day 2 of Paris started off very wet and windy, and we had originally planned to go to the Éiffel Tower first thing but the rain had other plans, so we decided to head to the Louvre Instead. The Louvre is a great place to go on a cold rainy day in Paris and there is definitely lots to see.

Last week I went to Paris as my birthday present from last year, finally! My boyfriend surprised me with the trip for my 21st birthday back in August so the excitement was killing me. I had the most amazing time as Paris is one of those cities I will never get sick of, and I already can’t wait to go back.
