REVIEW: BOOTS TEA TREE & WITCH HAZEL CHARCOAL NOSE STRIPS

When it comes to skincare I’m not very adventurous once I’ve found a routine that works for me. I’m too afraid that if I try something new my skin will breakout or have a reaction. However I’d never tried nose strips so I thought it was about time.

I’ve always loved the Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel brand so when I saw these nose strips I thought they would be reliable. Tea tree works really well with my skin as certain products like salicylic acid can sometimes be too harsh. Like a typical nose strip you wet your nose and then apply it. You leave it on for about 15/20 minutes and then comes the hard part. I’ve always heard that taking off nose strips can be quite the task and this one definitely was, however once I took it off I didn’t notice a massive difference with the blackheads on my nose.

After you take off the nose strip you then apply another nose strip to seal your nose after trying to unclog it. Again you leave this on for about 15 minutes and when I took it off my nose felt incredibly soft. Unfortunately I didn’t notice any difference in my nose after using this except for the softness. I don’t know whether I did something wrong but I’ll probably be trying a different product next time. It didn’t do anything bad to my nose however it wasn’t very helpful in clearing my blackheads. I still love the brand however I’m not sure if I’ll be giving this a go again.

Hope you’re having a great week!
