REVIEW: LORÉAL NAIL LACQUERS

I’m one of those people who constantly have their nails painted. My own nails are never in great condition especially from having gel nails for a few months, so I prefer to have them painted to let them grow stronger but mostly so I don’t have to look at them. I’ve yet to find a nail varnish that doesn’t chip on me but these have to be the best I’ve found to date.

I’m not really sure how I stumbled upon these but I just remember going into Boots looking for a white nail varnish and was drawn to Loréal because of their 3 for 2 offer. These are such amazing nail varnishes from the drugstore and I think they’re probably my favourite so far.

The brush makes it so easy to apply because of its shape and thick bristles, and it honestly takes 2 seconds to apply. The colour glides on smooth and you don’t have to keep building up the colour, one coat will do just fine.

I have four colours at the moment but I can definitely see my collection growing in the near future. The shade 114 has been my favourite recently and I can’t stop reapplying it to my nails. They don’t chip right away like most nail varnishes, it will be about 3 days before you see any chips which is very rare for me when usually they chip in a matter of hours. These nail varnishes also have a perfumed scent which is a nice change from the usual nail varnish smell.

I would highly recommend these nail varnishes if you’re looking for some that won’t chip, have a great colour pay off, and are super easy to apply. They retail for around €7 in Boots and the square packaging is very chic too. My nail varnish drawer is forever expanding but these are my go-to colours of the moment.

Hope you’re having a great week!
