This past weekend I was in Wicklow and Wexford for my cousin Emma’s wedding, which was absolutely beautiful. I decided to go for a nude floral dress to make the most of the Summer months before we enter the bitter cold Winter.

I picked up this beautiful nude floral dress from ASOS and I am in love with it! It fits beautifully and the knee length of it was very flattering. It has a very Ted Baker feel to it which definitely adds to it. The vibrancy and variety of colours in the flowers is what sold me on this dress, and I picked up some super comfortable burgundy suede strappy sandals from New Look to match the darker tones in the dress so the entire outfit wouldn’t be too light in colour.

I wore a burnt orange clutch with this outfit (not pictured) which was actually the bag I wore to my Debs (or Prom) 3 years ago! My sister got her stunning blue floral dress for River Island here.

This was my first time wearing these shoes and I was surprised how comfortable they were, as I put them on my feet at 12 pm that day and didn’t take them off till 3.30 am. I am in looove with this outfit and can’t wait till my next occasion to wear it again. And it came to around €70 in total! Unfortunately I didn’t get the best photos of my outfit as it kept slipping from my mind because I was so busy/having so much fun all day, a good complaint I guess.

Shop my dress here and shoes here.

I hope you’re having an amazing day,
