REVIEW: W7 PRIME MAGIC CAMERA READY FACE PRIMER

I’ve never been a huge fan of primers but as of late I can’t go without one. I used the Loréal Magic Lumi primer for years but when I saw this bad boy on the shelves for only €5 I resist. I did a review on their mascara not too long ago and I was very impressed and the primer was no different.

The packaging was immediately a dead ringer for the Smashbox Camera Ready primer, similar to when I saw their mascara which was extremely similar to Benefits They’re Real. I usually only go for a luminating primer so I really wanted to give a smoothing and perfecting primer a whirl.

The texture of this primer is quite unusual compared to my usual liquid primers and it also feels quite thick. Although once you start applying it, it creates a smooth blanket across you face eliminating imperfections, pores and leaves the face seamless. It creates a beautiful canvas to apply your makeup which glides on a lot easier after using this primer.  This primer is a camera ready primer so it won’t create a flashback of your makeup if it contains any spf and leaves your skin looking smooth not only in person but in photos too.

This primer will ensure your makeup will stay on all day and not budge which is perfect if you have a long day of work or an event of some sort. And not to mention its only €5? What a steal! I picked this up in a pharmacy called Bradley’s Pharmacy but most pharmacies now carry brands such as these.
