This year I’m really trying to go to the gym more and whenever I attempt to go I’m always left wondering what to do with my hair.
You may be thinking why don’t I just throw it up in a ponytail, which I mostly do but my hair is at that length where it sits at my neck in a ponytail and unfortunately it leaves my hair getting all wet and frizzy from sweat. So the other day I was looking at gym hair ideas online (strange I know), and I came across a few I thought I’d share with anyone with the same dilemma.
They mostly consist of plaits which are great for keeping the hair back and a few ponytail incorporated ones for those of you with longer/shorter hair not on you neck. They’re all super easy and great for getting your hair off you face!
