I don’t know about you, but if you’re like me and you’re heading back to college or even just your everyday job and you’re stressing about how to dress yourself everyday then don’t fret! You’re not alone and I’m here to help.
At first everyone tries their best and pulls out all the stops for the first week or so, but after that the early mornings take their toll and glam time goes out the window. Personally I like to keep it simple, if you stick to the basics you can’t go wrong but you’ll look chic and effortless. When I choose my outfits for college, about 99% of the time I will go with some leggings and a jumper with converse. If you see me in something else thats me being fancy, as theres nothing worse than being stuck in a lecture and feeling uncomfortable. Especially when it comes to exam time and you’re studying in the library. If you feel comfortable you’ll get more work done! Here is some outfit inspiration I would recommend for a quick yet flawless sense of style, and some outfits I would also personally wear!
This style of shoes is very popular at the moment, I just picked up a pair in New Look and they also have them in Penneys (Primark!) They look great with any outfit but look that little bit more snazzy than black converse. Black and grey are my best friends for the winter season.
Some inspiration for converse or new balance, very easy to style and work best with jeans and a lose tee. So effortless and fool proof!
Or if you’re feeling a little bit fancy you can opt for some alternative footwear but keep the same style up top to go that extra mile.
And on the very rare occasion, I will throw on a pair of boots. Usually during winter or if I have a presentation, or if its just a random day that you feel positive and want to go fully glam thats okay too. GO FOR IT! As long as your comfortable in your own style then work it. Hopefully this has helped anyone stuck in a fashion rut such as myself heading back to college. Enjoy ♡
